Wireless Network Security

Answer
Does WPA slow down my wireless connection?

It might. We've been surprised to find that enabling WPA in even some of the latest draft 802.11n products could reduce throughput by almost 90%! (see this article on Belkin's N1) Properly designed products, however, should have no appreciable throughput loss with WPA or WPA2 enabled.
