The 1U4500 is a more powerful, four bay rackmount version of N5200 BYOD NAS with RAID 0, 1, 5, 6, 10 and JBOD support.

Storage > Nsync controls the built-in folder-level backup service. Other Thecus NASes or FTP servers can be used as Nsync targets. Scheduling is provided for one backup per day, week or month.
Thecus provides a Windows backup application for client backup.
