Apple's Airport Extreme Base Station has gigabit Ethernet WAN and LAN, a dual-band radio and can share USB printers and hard drives.

 ImageAttaching a USB hard drive kicks in the NAS features. You can set up individual accounts (but not groups), or password protect the entire drive. Access control is at the drive and not folder level.
