The DIR-625 is one step up from D-Link's DIR-615 draft 802.11n entry-level router. Read the review.

Close up of the board with the radio removed. The Ubicom IP5100U processor normally has a heatsink. The 10/100 switch is a Marvell 88E8061. There is 16 MB of RAM, but I didn't check the flash chip on the board bottom. I suspect, however, that it is 4 MB.
