The DIR-625 is one step up from D-Link's DIR-615 draft 802.11n entry-level router. Read the review.

Composite IxChariot plot of uplink only, downlink only and simultaneous up and downlink best-case wireless throughput. This is with 40 MHz channel mode set. Note that the maximum throughput improves only about 10 Mbps from 20 MHz to 40 MHz mode.
