Belkin's entry-level draft 802.11n router is no-frills in the routing department, but has surprisingly good wireless performance. Read the review.

ImageComposite IxChariot plot of uplink only, downlink only and simultaneous up and downlink best-case wireless throughput. This is with 40 MHz channel mode set. Note that there is not much improvement from the 20 MHz mode performance, but higher variation.
