ImageYou need to disassemble the whole case to get to the main board. The Marvell 88F5182 (not an RDC 3210 as earlier indicated) CPU is covered by a thermal pad heatsink. The 10/100/1000 Ethernet port is via a Marvell 88E1118. Jumbo frames are not supported. 32 MB of RAM and 4 MB of flash finish the design.
