The quality board design is what you would expect from Intel with generous use of heatsinks. The CPU is an Intel Celeron M 420 and Ethernet is via an Intel 82573 Gigabit Ethernet Network controller. There is 512 MB of DDR2 PC4200 SDRAM (240 pin DIMM) and a 250 W power supply. The spec says memory can be 1 GB max.
