NETGEAR today announced a new kit that adds 5 GHz draft 802.11n capability to existing wireless or wired routers.

The WNEB3100 Wireless-N Upgrade Kit bundles two previously-released products, the WNHDE111 5GHz Wireless-N HD Access Point and WNDA3100 RangeMax Dual-Band Wireless-N Adapter, into a single kit.

The kit supports Wi-Fi Protected Setup (WPS) and automatic Quality of Service and the adapter can connect to both 2.4 and 5 GHz networks.

The WNEB3100 is available now for $149 MSRP.
