Getting the board out isn't easy, so this is as close as I got for a photo. But with my trusty flashlight and magnifier I was able to determine that the hardware is the same as for the single-drive model, just in a different form factor.

The processor is an Oxford OXE810DSE with 128 MB of RAM and an LSI ET1011C2 Gigabit Ethernet transceiver.

Power consumption with two WD10EAVS-00D Caviar Green 1 TB drives measured 16 W active and 5 W when the drives spun down. The MBWE II is very quiet since there is no fan and drive noise is minimal.
