This is actually a photo of the Terastation III's board. The Duo uses the same board, minus a Marvell 88SX7042 SATA II controller. Main components are a Marvell MV78100-A0 C080 Single-core ARMv5TE-compliant Feroceon processor clocked at 800 MHz, 512 MB of soldered-on-board RAM, 512 MB of flash, dual Marvell 88E1118s for Ethernet and NEC UPD78F0513 8-bit single-chip microcontroller supporting the front LCD panel and buttons. Two Samsung HD502HI EcoGreen F2 500 GB drives were installed in the 1 TB model tested.
