  • Recommendation for a wireless router
Currently have and ASUS RT-AC68U but want to get rid of it, it broke after 2.5 months of use and ASUS took 3 months to get me a replacement unit. I know it is a good router but I really want to depart from that brand because of their poor service, anyone can recommend me a router that can serve specially 2 xbox one consoles without NAT problems and really use my fiber 200Mbps/200Mbps connection, for wireless AC is desired but not required as only Netflix and web browsing is done over wifi.

    Highlights of this release:

    • Official support for the RT-N16 is being dropped. This last model based on SDK5 requires too much efforts to maintain. New features such as the new wireless log would have to be re-written specifically for that model.
    • The RT-AC3200 is now supported.
    • Entware is now supported on ARM models, based on Zyxmon's Qnapware repository
    • Completely redesigned the Wireless Log page. With the addition of a third radio on the...

  • custom DNSMasq for IPTV configuration" class="lightTip" target="_self" rel="nofollow">custom DNSMasq for IPTV configuration
    Hello guys,

I've been running a WRT54G with DDWRT for years behind my other router. This is needed for my IPTV setupbox. But now it's time to upgrade to a single AC68U router instead of running two old routers. I have installed the latest stable Merlin firmware.

A manual for the IPTV setupbox explains the two steps needed to configurate for DDWRT:
    1. I need to fill in the following rules as "Additional DHCPd Options" (other options unchanged: "Used Domain: WAN, Lan Domain: empty")
    2. I...
