I bought a NMH410 mediahub, as did my father in law...so I have twice the experience in twice as many environments. If you visit the Cisco forums you will see that there are many bugs but no answers, and no Cisco representatives in sight. The last firmware update was 2009 and there is no indication that any others are forthcoming (believe you me I would love to be proven wrong here!).

The perpetual scanning bug is the worst and it is apparently because Linksys had Twonky build special software for this device (this is current word on the forums). Anyhow given the price premium mediahub demands and the lack of support linksys has shown and the number of bugs ruining the user experience, I say steer clear - trust me, your money is better spent elsewhere. If you don't believe me, believe the numerous Amazon reviews to the same effect ;-)
