This handy tool will help you find the best performing wired and wireless routers in a flash. It crunches through our deep product performance databases and sorts products into comparative rankings so that you can easily see which products perform the best without having to click through pages of charts.

Routers are ranked within class type only. Use the Class selector to change class. (Classes are explained here)

Test versions are indicated by bar color in the Router Charts. Bar color explanations can be found by clicking the Test Information button in the Charts. All test versions are selected by default. Checking box(es) sets a filter to show ranking for only products tested with that version. Rankings are renumbered based on the filter criteria used.

Important: Only products tested with the same test version are directly comparable, due to differences in test process.

The default view is Total router performance ranking sorted by Total Rank. Rank values are relative with lower = better.

Use the Rank selector to view the sub-rankings that make up the total rank. Use the [Switch To Sort By PRICE] link to sort the view by price.

Other functions available:

  • Click on the product name to see the review
  • Click on Performance to see the performance values used to calculate the rank
  • Click on Features to see a feature summary

A more complete explanation of the Router Ranker is here.
