TRENDnet said today it will start shipping 500 Mbps powerline adapters by the end of the month.
The TPL-401E 500Mbps Powerline AV Adapter and TPL-401E2K 500Mbps Powerline AV Adapter Kit can be used in networks of up to 16 adapters.
Adapters include a one-touch connect button for easy 128-bit AES encrypted connection, Windows management utility and device status LED.
MSRPs are $99.99 for the individual adapters and $179.99 for the kit.
