Nilay Patel’s take on Apple’s latest variation on the Airport Extreme:

Hardware: Basically an Airport Extreme with a hard drive inside.

Performance: Hogs the network when it’s backing up.

Features: Backups only. Can’t use as a general-purpose NAS.
