For its NAS lines, the company is also adding 5-Year Next Business Day Shipping coverage that aligns with the existing 5-Year Limited Hardware Warranty in addition to the new 24x7 Lifetime Technical Support. The new coverage applies to

  • Business-class ReadyNAS Desktop (RN300/500/700)
  • ReadyNAS Rackmount
  • Business-class ReadyNAS drives
  • ReadyDATA and ReadyDATA Drives

Note that Lifetime Technical Support is provided via free phone support for first 90 days and via free online chat thereafter.

The new NETGEAR warranty policy is in effect for the named products purchased on or after June 1, 2014.
