QNAP Announces RAID 1 SOHO NAS

QNAP today announced a dual-drive NAS for SOHO and "prosumers".

The TS-210 desktop NAS server supports two 3.5" SATA hard drives and features an 800MHz Marvell Kirkwood processor, 256 MB of DDRII memory, Gigabit Ethernet LAN port and three USB 2.0 ports.

The new NAS runs QNAP’s AJAX-based V3 OS and supports QNAP’s full feature set, which includes iSCSI targets, UPnP AV / DLNA and iTunes media services, BitTorrent / FTP, HTTP downloader and SMB/CIFS, AFP and NFS network file systems.

The TS-210 will be available later this month at street pricing around $300.
