Compro recently announced an outdoor IP cam with PoE support.

The CS400P Outdoor Network Camera is a "bullet" style IP camera designed for outdoor deployment. Its IP66-grade aluminum housing and "double glass" construction protect against dust and water.

The camera has a 1/4" progressive scan image sensor with 1 lux minimum color illumination and supports up to 640 x 480 resolution @ 30 FPS using M-JPEG, H.264 video compression. A mechanical IR-cut filter improves daylight color reproduction and 30 IR LEDs provide night time illumination up to 20 m.
