D-Link AC IP Camera Out Now

D-Link logoD-Link is finally shipping its 802.11ac network camera.

The DCS-2136L Wireless AC Day/Night Camera announced last September and slated to ship by the end of last year has finally made it out the door.

It is the first IP camera with an 802.11ac Wi-Fi radio and also connects via 10/100 Ethernet.

The IP cam’s feature set is as described in the earlier announcement, i.e. HD resolution (1280×720), H.264, MPEG-4 and Motion JPEG supporting, built-in mic and speaker for two-way audio, microSD slot for local storage and integrated white light LED for 15 foot night vision.

New features listed include a passive IR sensor to trigger the illumination LED and digital input / output port for sensor and alarm support.

The DCS-2136L is shipping now, listing at $324.99.
