D-Link has released a version of its Boxee Box remote for those who roll their own Boxee boxes.
The DSM-22 Boxee Remote Control is the same RF-based remote that comes with D-Link’s Boxee Box, bundled with a tiny USB RF adapter.
The dual-sided remote can also be used as an additional D-Link Boxee Box remote.
The DSM-22 is shipping now at street pricing around $40.
Roku has updated two of its internet media streamers, one with voice search.
D-Link yesterday announced the start of shipments of its DPG-1200 PC-on-TV, which was previewed at January's Consumer Electronics show. The device allows any PC-based audio or video content to be remotely displayed on remote TVs or displays.
Roku's SE media streamer is its cheapest yet, but is a holiday special only.
