iHome says its Apple HomeKit compatible smart plug is on the shelf.

The iHome iSP5 SmartPlug is a Wi-Fi connected pluggable switch that can be controlled using iOS or Android apps or via Siri voice commands using Apple’s HomeKit. The plug is rated at 120VAC, 60 Hz at 15A / 1800W.

Custom "scenes” can be created to control multiple SmartPlugs with a single command, or via schedule.

The iSP5 connects directly to a 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network with no hub required. There is no limit to the number of Smartplugs on a single network.

The iSP5 is initially exclusive to Amazon and direct from iHome. More retail outlets will be added in "the coming weeks".
