Intel and Wi-LAN SettleWi-LAN announced on Friday that it has reached an agreement with Intel to settle all patent litigation.

Wi-LAN's announcement said Intel will take a "multi-year license" to WiLAN's patent portfolio and make a "series of payments" to WiLAN.
