TRENDnet Announces First Dual-Band Three-Stream N Adapter

TRENDnet has announced a dual-band three stream 802.11n USB adapter.

The TEW-684UB 450 Mbps Dual Band Wireless N USB Adapter is the first announced three-stream wireless USB adapter.

The USB 2.0 adapter supports a maximum link rate of 450 Mbps when paired with a three-stream 802.11n router configured in 40 MHz bandwidth mode.

Other features include Wi-Fi Protected Setup (WPS) and WMM support.

The TEW-684UB comes with a three year limited warranty and an MSRP of $79.99.
