The CPU and gigabit switch chips are hidden under heatsinks. Netgear specs the processor speed at 300 MHz and RAM and Flash at 64 and 16 MB respectively. We couldn't tell for sure since we didn't want to scrape off the thermal pad, but the switch chip looks to be a Vitesse.
