Box.net has updated their iOS App with some new features.

Box.net has added some requested features and some extra security measures in its latest update for iOS. Included is a “presenter” mode which displays any selected item through the Apple VGA cable onto an attached display or projector. AirPrint capabilities have now been added as well.

Security features include being able to automatically log out when the app is closed / screen is locked. Customers can also assign a 4 digit PIN similar to the iPhone’s PIN system. Users will then be forced to authenticate using this PIN every time the app is launched.

The app also supports single sign on through Google or PingFederate, which was integrated into the main Box.net feature set a while back. The update also includes a number of bug fixes and fixes small defects.

Head on over to the iTunes Store to check it out and/or download it.
