Clickfree has announced a easy to use total system backup / imaging solution for Windows computers.

Clickfree C6 EASY Imaging is aimed at enabling anyone to make complete backups of everything on a Windows PC, including personal files, software programs and the Windows OS.

The C6 plugs into a standard USB port and automatically begins backing up everything. It separately keeps track of personal files, software programs and Windows files so that each may be separately restored.

Personal files can be restored on a new hard drive or an entirely new computer, making it easy to move to a new computer. Snapshots of personal files can be also be made and selectively restored.

The EASY Fix feature reinstalls only the necessary files to repair software programs and the Windows operating system.

Other features include easy import of music from an iPod/iPhone/iPad into iTunes on any computer, viewing of all backed up photos and other personal files and optional password-protected 256 bit encryption for personal files.

C6 Easy Imaging supports Windows 7, Vista and XP and is available now in 500 GB and 1 TB portable and 1 and 2 TB desktop drive versions. MSRPs range from $140 to $180.
