ASUSTOR has launched a U.S. support center.
The US technical support center is intended to provide" optimal support and service" for all ASUSTOR NAS users in the United States. The center will also handle returns for U.S. customers.
Support is available via a toll-free number and email. Support requests can also be submitted via ASUSTOR’s Support Center website, which also has links to ASUSTOR’s knowledgbase and Troubleshooter wizards.
