ZyXEL has started shipping two cloud-based IP cameras.
The IPC3605N and IPC4605N are the first of ZyXEL's "CloudEnabled" series of IP cameras that can be accessed via a ZyXEL hosted web portal via browser, iOS and Android apps.

The IPC3605N is a fixed-position, fixed-focus camera, while the IPC4605N includes motorized pan and tilt (340/100 degrees). Both cameras have the same imaging platform, based on a 1/3" CMOS image sensor with fixed focus and 10x digital zoom.
Other features include 160x120 / 320 x 240 / 640 x 480 / 1280 x 720 resolutions at up to 15 fps, H.264 / Motion JPEG / MPEG4 compression, two-way audio with built-in microphone and in/out jacks and IR illumination.
The IPC3605N and IPC4605N are available now at street prices as low as $99 and $163 (Buy.com), respectively.
