Trend Micro has announced two new product releases to better secure private cloud solutions with encryption and malware scanning.
The first release is Trend Micro SecureCloud 1.1. SecureCloud is a cloud-based encryption product which encrypts transactions happening between servers. Businesses can now choose whether or not they wish to host the key manager locally for security purposes
The second release is Trend Micro Deep Security 7.5 Update 1. This release now integrates Deep Security with VMWare's vShield Endpoint, allowing vShield endpoint to offload malware scanning to Deep Security. Without requiring an additional background process, resources are freed up and ultimately will allow for greater VM density per host machine.
Both releases are available immediately, and obtainable with active support contracts. You can learn more about Trend Micro's cloud based offerings on their website.
