Grandstream Shipping $99 Business IP Phone

Grandstream Networks has announced an "entry-level enterprise" multi-line SIP phone priced at $99.

The 2-line GXP1450 has a 180×60 backlit 4-level grayscale graphic display with 3 XML programmable soft keys. It supports two SIP accounts and is interoperable with most third party SIP devices and SIP/NGN/IMS platforms.

It can be automatically provisioned using TR-069 or encrypted configuration file over HTTPS for mass deployments and supports G.723.1, G.729A/B, G.711u/a, G.726-32, G.722 (wide-band), iLBC voice codecs.

Other features include dual 10/100 Ethernet ports with integrated PoE, 3-way conference, HD audio, 2000-item phone book, call history records, full duplex hands-free speakerphone and multi-language support.

The GXP1450 is available now at an MSRP of $99.

ARCHOS today announced the ARCHOS 704-WiFi, which it claims is the only PMP with a 7-inch touch-screen and full wireless capabilities.
