TRENDnet Previews Lower-Cost HD Network Camera

TRENDnet logoTRENDnet has introduced an inexpensive HD network camera with night vision.

The TV-IP762IC Wireless HD Day / Night Cloud Camera supports up to 720p resolution and features 802.11n network connection, 5 m night vision and wide viewing angle. Other features include a built-in microphone and ability to record to a micro SD card.

Free Apple and Android apps bring live video to smart phones and tablets. Each camera also comes with camera management software for controlling single or multiple cameras.

The TV-IP762IC should start shipping "this fall" at an MSRP of $149.

In other news, the company announced that its TEW-713RE N150 Nano Easy-N-Range Extender that was announced at January’s CES will start shipping next week at an MSRP of $44.99.
