D-Link Shipping AC Router That Takes You Right To Facebook

D-Link logoD-Link has announced a router supporting Facebook Wi-Fi.

D-Link has integrated Facebook Wi-Fi into its DIR-865L AC1750 class wireless router. D-Link joins Meraki, Cisco and NETGEAR that also have wireless routers with integrated Facebook Wi-Fi.

Facebook Wi-Fi is primarily focused on increasing a business’ Facebook page activity by redirecting users to it when they connect to that business’ Wi-Fi. Facebook Check In can be made optional, but redirection to the business Facebook page cannot.
