NETGEAR Adds Two Three-Stream N Business APs

NETGEAR logoNETGEAR has announced two business access points with 3×3 radios.

The ProSafe WNDAP620 and WNDAP660 are both 450 Mbps 3×3 Wireless-N Dual Band access points. The 620 has a single radio for selectable 2.4 or 5 GHz operation and the 660 has two radios for simultaneous operation on both bands.

Both products include wireless intrusion detection and prevention, device-based QoS and RF management. The WNDAP660 also includes band steering to load balance clients between 2.4 and 5 GHz.

Other features include 802.3af and 802.3at PoE support, WDS bridging and repeating, dual internal dual-band antennas with option for three external antennas. Management is via HTTP/HTTPS web interface, SNMP v1, v2c or SSH/SSL command line.

The WNDAP620 is available now for $715 and the WNDAP660 follows next month for $829. Both prices are MSRP. The APs carry a lifetime limited warranty and their power supplies are warrantied for three years.
