The products are being added to the company’s ProSafe Wireless Management line to serve WLANs up to 1,500 users.

The WMS105 ProSafe 5-AP Wireless Management Software installs on a Windows PC and provides centralized management of five NETGEAR APs, supporting up to 50 users. It will ship in May for $50 (all prices are U.S. MSRP).

The WMS5316 ProSafe 16-AP Wireless Management System handles 16 NETGEAR APs serving 50 to 200 users. Features include load balancing of clients across APs, rogue AP detection and Guest access. It’s scheduled to ship in March for $910.

Features include controller redundancy, rogue AP detection, heat maps and triangulation, guest access with captive portal, Voice over Wi-Fi support with fast roaming and SpectraLink Voice Priority (SVP) QoS compliance.

The WC7520 supports only WNDAP350 and WNAP210 APs and will start shipping in July for $6,280. The WC75NL Wireless-N License upgrade and WC7510L 10-AP Incremental License upgrades will be sold for $4,200 each.

The WMS5316 and WC7520 are covered by limited lifetime warranties.
