CES logoTRENDnet announced a pair of compact wireless network extenders and a draft 11ac adapter that connects via USB 3.0.

The TEW-717HRE N300 Nano Easy-N-Range Extender and TEW-713RE N150 Nano Easy-N-Range Extender are compact wall-plugged 2.4 GHz wireless extenders.

Each works with any router to receive and retransmit its signal to extend your wireless network’s reach. Both are easily installed by pressing a Wi-Fi Protected Setup (WPS) button on your router and then the extender. No CD required.

Rounding out TRENDnet’s CES 2013 announcements is the TEW-805UB AC1200 Dual Band Wireless USB 3.0 Adapter. Unlike the current crop of draft 11ac USB adapters, this one connects via USB 3.0, not 2.0.

The TEW-805UB supports maximum link rates of 867 Mbps in 5 GHa and 300 Mbps in the 2.4 GHz band. It of course supports Wi-Fi Protected setup and all wireless security modes. It is scheduled to ship in April for $69.99 MSRP.
