While we get our reviews and articles going again, here are some recent tablet news items.

Looking to try Honeycomb on your ViewSonic G-Tablet? Looks like someone over at XDA Developers has come up with
a way to do it.

Tremendous progress was made this morning and is being made as you read this. It’s exciting news and thought I would share it with a sister tablet. HoneyComb is booting on the Notion Ink Adam and now it’s on the GTAB as well.

Slashgear reports that the 7 inch Acer Iconia Tab A100 has been postponed until 2H 2011

Acer has confirmed that its Iconia Tab A100, the 7-inch Android tablet revealed at MWC 2011 back in February, has been postponed, and now won’t reach shelves until later this year.

BGR says that Amazon is supposedly working on two NVIDIA based Android tablets for release later this year

… we have been told that the “entry” level tablet, codenamed “Coyote” will be based on the NVIDIA Tegra 2 platform. The big boy? That’s codenamed “Hollywood” and will be based on the NVIDIA T30 “Kal-El” which will bring a screaming quad-core processor with a 500% performance increase over the dual-core Tegra 2.
