WD Updates Dual-Drive My Book World NAS

The redesigned NAS features the "white bar" front panel capacity gauge introduced by the redesigned single-drive MyBook World. It can be configured in RAID 0 and 1 modes and has a Gigabit Ethernet LAN port and USB 2.0 port for external drive support. The two WD "Green" drives are user-serviceable.

Other features include UPnP AV / DLNA media and iTunes servers and remote access via Mionet.

The My Book World Edition II is available now at MSRPs of $399.99 (2 TB) and $699.99 (4 TB).

The N3200 features three SATA hard disk bays supporting a total of 3TB raw storage capacity and JBOD, RAID1 and RAID5 formats.
