HuluPlus Goes Live With Lower Pricing

Hulu today officially launched its HuluPlus service with a lower $7.99 per month price.

Users who subscribed during the preview period will also receive a credit for the difference from the $9.99 preview price, applied automatically to their next billing cycle.

Starting today, all new subscribers to Hulu Plus receive a 1-week free trial.

HuluPlus has gone live on Samsung TVs, Sony Bravia HDTVs and connected Blu-ray players, Roku and Sony media players, Sony PS3, Apple iOS devices and Sony Dashes.

Hulu said the service is "coming soon" to LG, Panasonic and VIZIO TVs, Tivo Premiere DVRs, WD TV Live Hub and Live Plus media players and Xbox 360.
