Panasonic adds business-focused Wi-Fi Skype phone kit

The kit includes an 802.11b/g travel router with automatic WPA2 security setup, leather case and worldwide AC adapter (100 – 240V).

The phone is 0.62" thick and weighs less than 4 ounces and includes a speakerphone function and built-in headset jack. A 730mAh Lithium-ion battery can provide up to a 55 hours standby and 4.5 hours talk time, and can be charged with the travel router or from a PC USB port.

The KX-WP1050 is available at the Panasonic online store and other internet retailers with a $399 MSRP.
